let's start with a fairly new product
LOreal-Paris-Studio-Pro-LOCK-IT-Ultra-Strong-Fixing-Hairspray the hairspray that would fix your feet to the floor, it is full on fixing so if it scares you you can choose a less stronger alternative in the same range. It is around £5 as well which is pretty good considering the size and the quality of the spray.
I have been using La-Roche-Posay-Serozinc-Spray as a setting spray and really felt like it did prevent my skin to be too oily and helped keeping my makeup mainly face products stay longer fresh and on. On top of that it has a real skincare benefit so what else.
I also have been rediscovering the Rimmel-London-Stay-Matte-Foundation_ I have the shade Ivory which one shade above the fairest. This is a perfect foundation for upset/angry/hormonal-war-on-your-face skin. It has a good coverage and is easy to blend and if it can look slightly powdery when you first apply it, it goes away after a while and just naturally mix with your skin. It has been saving me with breakouts, irritated and after flu skin. And it is drugstore so +++.
For eyes I have been enjoying a bit of liner thanks to Miss-Sporty-Studio-Lash-The-Miaoww-Eyeliner it is cheap it is easy it works it is quick and it looks good GET IT ! check that tip in the pic below it is perfection.
and for Lashes I tried the LOreal-Paris-Mega-Volume-Miss-Manga-Punky-Mascara_ and I am not gonna lie, I was scared, the first few uses it was quite liquidy and I was slightly struggling with it. But i found the trick : it is to use a lash comb ( check what I mean here) right after application so that it balances the spider effect and lengthen the lashes (any normal lash comb would do the trick). This mascara keeps my lashes up, long and curled from 7am to bed-time, this is a really good product, the brush can be tricky at first but it is worth trying to master it, I was quite impressed by this mascara, you can build it for a proper fake lashes effect too.
what are your March Faves ? any rediscoveries ?
